Cancellation Policy

Rental plans: Cancellations made after 17:00, three days before your booking date are non-refundable — including in the event of rain or event cancellation. Please check event status yourself on the day.

Purchase plan: Refunds are only available if the item is unopened and unworn at the time of delivery. Once worn or opened, no returns or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances.

On the Day

- Personal clothing and belongings cannot be stored after dressing — please keep them with you
- Hair accessories and all rental items must be returned
- Late returns (over one week), loss, or significant damage will be charged at the retail price
- Postal returns must be sent the day after the event (shipping fee at customer's expense)
